DEPOSIT FOR APPOINTMENTS

In order to secure your appointment at our salon, a deposit is required. This deposit is nonrefundable, but will be applied towards the cost of your service. If you need to change your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Any cancellations made after this time will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Thank you for understanding.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING POLICY FOR NEW HAIR EXTENSION GUESTS

For new hair extension appointments, we offer a one-time reschedule of your initial appointment if you notify us at least 72 hours before your scheduled time. Failure to provide a 72-hour notice before your initial appointment will result in the forfeiture of your $200-500 retainer. To book a new appointment, you will be required to pay the cancellation fee and a new non-refundable retainer. Thank you for your cooperation.

LATE POLICY

We recognize unexpected circumstances can arise, If for any reason you are expecting to be late by 10 minutes or more to your scheduled appointment, please call 760-297-6551.

Please be aware in the unfortunate event you are late, I cannot guarantee that your services will be performed that day and/or every service that was booked be performed.

Showing up late may require rescheduling your appointment for another day and forfeit of deposit/50% service fee.  Accommodating a late guest is often impossible without disrupting every other guest schedule that day.

NO CALL/NO SHOW POLICY

In the event of a no-show without prior notice for your appointment, your card on file will be charged the full 100% of the scheduled service fee. Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

If you have a "No Show" and want to request a new service, you will be asked to pay in full service amount prior to rebooking.

GUEST SATISFACTION POLICY

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances. If you are dissatisfied with any service, we will arrange a redo. Please inform us of your dissatisfaction within one week of your service date so we can address the issue. Once notified, we will correct the situation within 7 days. Please note that many blonding/reverse balayage services require multiple sessions to achieve.
